1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you join our waitlist or pre-order. This includes:

We do not process sensitive information.

Payment Data

We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to pre-order, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. 2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use your email address to let you know when Bolo launches, to send you important updates about your pre-order or waitlist position, and, where applicable, to respond to your questions or support requests. If you make a purchase, we use your payment data (processed and stored by Stripe) to complete and manage your transaction. We may also use the information we collect to identify usage trends, protect our Services against fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations.

3. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Service.

4. HOW DO WE SHARE USER DATA?

We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties where necessary to provide our Services:

  • • Stripe. Processes payment data for your pre-order or subscription. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data.
  • • Upstash. Stores your email address if you join our waitlist.
  • • Vercel. Hosts our website and application infrastructure.
  • • Legal and Safety Purposes. We may disclose your information where required to comply with the law, respond to valid legal requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Bolo, our users, or others.
  • • Business Transfers. If Bolo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties without your consent.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, such as keeping your email on our waitlist until launch. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to use our Services or send any personal information about yourself to us.
